Six Live Music Picks for Saturday and Sunday Around Metro Atlanta and North Georgia

Still making weekend plans? Here are six live music picks for Saturday and Sunday, from Disney favorites and '80s hits to mariachi, country, classic rock and jazz.

If Friday got away from you, there is still plenty of live music left this weekend.

From a family-friendly Disney tribute in Woodstock to '80s favorites in Calhoun, mariachi in Gainesville, country in McDonough and jazz in Alpharetta, here are six shows worth considering for Saturday and Sunday.

## SATURDAY

### Happily Ever — Disney Tribute Band
**MadLife Stage & Studios · Woodstock · 2 PM**

This one is for the whole family. Happily Ever brings Disney songs from multiple generations to the stage with a full live band, including favorites from classics and newer films.

If you have kids or grandkids who love Disney, this is an unusually family-friendly way to introduce them to a live music venue.

### SPANK the 80's
**The GEM Theatre · Calhoun · 7:30 PM**

Ready for some nostalgia?

SPANK the 80's takes over the historic GEM Theatre with music from the decade of Prince, Michael Jackson, Bon Jovi, Journey and plenty of big hair.

### Mariachi Herencia de México — Honoring Juan Gabriel
**The Hall at Bourbon Brothers · Gainesville · 8 PM**

Something completely different: Mariachi Herencia de México comes to Gainesville for a concert honoring legendary Mexican singer and songwriter Juan Gabriel.

The Hall at Bourbon Brothers also makes this an easy dinner-and-a-show option.

### UNLEASHED — The Toby Keith Tribute
**Southern Roots Tavern & Eatery · McDonough · 9 PM**

Country fans can head south to McDonough for a night celebrating the music of Toby Keith.

Expect familiar songs including "Should've Been a Cowboy," "I Love This Bar," "Red Solo Cup" and other hits from Keith's career.

## SUNDAY

### Don't Look Back — The Boston Experience
**MadLife Stage & Studios · Woodstock · 5 PM**

If soaring guitars and classic-rock harmonies are more your speed, Don't Look Back recreates the sound and feel of Boston.

The 5 PM Sunday show also makes this one of the easier weekend concerts for anyone who doesn't want a late night before Monday.

### A Smooth Sunday Serenade with Taylor Roberts and Xina Marie
**The Velvet Note · Alpharetta · 6:30 PM**

End the weekend in a much more intimate setting.

Seven-string jazz guitarist Taylor Roberts joins vocalist Xina Marie for an evening that blends jazz with touches of R&B, soul and contemporary music at The Velvet Note.
