- What does "featured" look like on the site?
- Featured events display a small amber "Featured" badge on the event card, appear at the top of their date grouping on the Events page, and are highlighted in the weekly Facebook post and newsletter.
- When does placement start after I pay?
- Within one business day. We review every submission and confirm details before anything goes live.
- Who makes the artwork, and what does it cost?
- We do, and for fixed-price placements it is included. Featured Event and Featured Venue need no custom artwork at all. We use the listing details already on file and assemble the standard layout. Sponsors supply a logo, a short message, a link, and approved assets. You approve a proof before anything publishes. Complex custom campaign design is quoted separately.
- How do I cancel the monthly venue plan?
- The Featured Venue plan is month-to-month and renews each month until you cancel. Email us at any time. There are no contracts or cancellation fees, and featured status ends at the close of the current billing period.
- Can I get a refund if my show gets cancelled?
- Yes. If your featured event is cancelled, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
